The backfilps in besant nagar were done by none other than our own traceurs, Tariq, Prabhu, and Dinesh. However, you should note flips, aerials, etc. technically come under 'freerunning' and not 'parkour'. Parkour is by definition, a discipline of moving efficiently. Since, flips and other acrobatic moves are inefficient, they're technically out of the picture when it comes to parkour.
HOWEVER, we encourage you to do what you want, and call it what you want... No restrictions.
Yes, you will be able to do back-flips, and all that other stuff... It does take hard work, conditioning, and training. Yes, you will get hurt. But that's all part of the game.

We practice as a group. If you ask someone how to do something that they know, they will not hesitate to share that information with you.
