Eat, Move, Improve

I found an interesting website www.eatmoveimprove.com. Check it out. :ugeek:

It has a lot of interesting information about Nutrition, Training & the body. As a traceur, your only tool is your body and you should take good care of it. You can start off your education on this website.

Here are some interesting posts that I came across in the short time that I've used the website. The information is nicely cross-referenced, and makes sense. However, remember to use your head... Keep looking for more information; just in case what you learn here is not the absolute truth. :o :o

Steven Low and Chris Salvato are turning this website into something that needs to be taken seriously. Watch out for more information.
"When a person trains once, nothing happens. When a person forces himself to do a thing a hundred or a thousand times, then he certainly has developed in more ways than physical. Is it raining? That doesn't matter. Am I tired? That doesn't matter, either. Then willpower will be no problem." -Emil Zatopek
